Wales is opening up again

The footpaths and car parks in Snowdonia are now open, together with outdoor tourism sites, as long as the two metre social distancing rule is observed (Welsh law applies).

The Ffestiniog Railway will re-open on the 20th July, running a service from Porthmadog to Tan y Bwlch with six trains a day. Bookings can be made only online – from 14th July. The Snowdon Mountain Railway is already up and running with a limited service.

Places are starting to open up: check out the websites of the places you would like to visit. Many are operating timed slots so you need to be in touch before you set off.

See you soon!
